1 package Hormel seasoned beef crumbles (hormel)
2 cups hot garlic mashed potatoes(instant is fine)1 cup cheddar cheese, divided into half cups
4 cups mixed vegetables
1 cup beef gravy
Preheat oven to 375
Heat stove top Beef crumbles, gravy and veggies till warm.
Cooking spray a 9x13 , pour beef mixture, 1/2 cheese over top, spread your mashed potatoes evenly over top
Bake for 25 minutes so heated through and potatoes have browned a bit. Sprinkle the last 1/2 of cheese over top. Scoop and serve.
