     Okay to start, before I received this product I had seen it before and heard of it but had never tried it. What a mistake that was, the many times I had looked frantically for a lemon and to not find one or find one past its date, this was sitting on a store shelf the whole time.
     Now dont get me wrong, Im not a life time cooker or baker and there are zillions of uses for the flavorings of lemon, lime and orange. Anything from teas to water, from cooking to baking, the uses are endless. Now Im a chicken when it comes to testing things on my kids because they either like it or dont. I started off one night using the True Lemon and True lime for baking a dinner of Swai white fish in the oven I normally season and add lemon slices..okay i seasoned added lemon slices but I still added a generous amount of True lemon and TrueLime to the fish. I find the lemon slices usually keep the fish moist but dont really add that little twang that the lemon has, but after using the shaker of True products the fish definitely had that lemon/lime taste. Not over powering just enough you could taste it. It really did taste like it was fresh squeezed over the fish without the mess or fuss.

     So my next test definitely was out of my comfort zone, I decided to make a yellow cake, okay its a cake what could the harm be in using the shakers of TrueLemon and TrueLime to the batter. Did I measure it NOPE :) While I beat the batter I sprinkled the Lemon inside the batter and whipped it up a couple more times..then as I poured the batter into the pan i sprinkled the entire top with the Lime(hey if you are going to do it DO IT RIGHT!!) but next time I will just add the Lime to the batter as well as the cake came from oven and the lime was darkened on top(it ok noone complained). So let me tell you the cake was a hit in my house, it came out perfect and the flavor of the cake is similar to a Key Lime.

     These little gems add a splash to your water, so easy to use and carry along for a little pick me up when something a little sweet but sour is needed. Just add them to your water, drink and go..and just like all the other products 0calories. Flavor variety is True Lemon, TrueOrange and TrueGrapefruit I enjoyed all 3 but cheated and added a little sugar to each as i tried it :(

     This is the sweet and flavorful collection of teas and lemonades, it comes in original lemonade, raspberry lemonade and Iced tea. I really enjoyed the flavor of each as they were sweetened enough to enjoy without being too tart. The teas are very robust, have a great flavor and so easy to make each portioned cup makes 2quarts and are sweetened with Stevia. It is 5 calories per serving.

     The possibilities are endless for all the purposes of the True Citrus Line of products, so easy to use so practical in day to day cooking and activities, it has the taste that most are looking for.
