In the winter, I always hate taking showers in the morning! It is always so cold in my apartment when I wake up that I can not wait to get in the warm shower, but when it's time to get out, I am colder than I was when I got in! The WarmlyYours Barcelona Towel Warmer definitely changes up my perspective on those morning showers!

The Barcelona Towel Warmer is manufactured with a flawless brushed stainless steel finish to ensure lasting beauty and durability. It has 8 sleek horizontal bars that can easily dry and warm large towels or bathrobes. Designed as a freestanding unit, giving you the flexibility to use it in virtually any room of your home – bathroom, laundry room, or even in a dorm room. The towel warmer is not very big, 24” W x 36” H, so it isn't very bulky. They also have many versions of wall mounted towel warmers for smaller bathrooms! Now being that I have never actually used or owned a towel warmer I was a skeptic at first. A plug in towel warmer in the bathroom? Isn't it dangerous and doest it actually work? Well, I would say yes and no. If you get this too close to the shower/bath of course it will be just as dangerous as any plug in device. (Ex: Your hair straightener or blow dryer.) So, be sure to keep this at a safe distance in your bathroom when using. As for the question does it work? It goes above and beyond expectations for me!

The Barcelona Towel Warmer itself was very easy to set up and construct. It comes with the legs off so you have to put them on yourself, which was super easy! You don't even need any tools! It honestly took me about 5 minutes total to put together, which was awesome because I wanted to use it right away! I love that it has this sleek, brushed stainless steel finish that is very chic and modern looking! Another great thing I love about this towel warmer is that it heats VERY quickly! I turned it on yesterday morning to warm up my towels so it would be nice and toasty when I got out. :) I was in a hurry and late, so my shower was very quick, 5-10min max. When I got out, My towel was warm and cozy! Now, give you it was not one of those thick and large cotton towels, it was very warm and I have no complaints!

What my fiance loves about the towel warmer is that it can also be doubled as a blanket warmer! That's a 2-for-1 deal! My fiance loves to throw is favorite Texas Longhorn throw on the warmer when he gets home from work, change into some comfy clothes and grab a snack, and about 10 minutes later- he is snuggled up with it on the couch watching his favorite channel, The NFL Network! lol I also love to use this as a blanket warmer and it can fit more than one blanket! The 8 bars on the Barcelona Towel Warmer help heat the blankets faster and gives more room to fit two of our couch throws.

     The MediPal Company created this really neat little product and is an all in one medical notification seatbelt ID pouch.

     As most know I am a mom of a severely handicapped child and I , as his mom, am his caregiver and caretaker. Years ago we came to the realization this handsome young man was going to be my journey to the unknown. I had never had to worry about anything medical related growing up because I was healthy and I didn't have any lasting issues.
     In 1996 I had a little boy, looked like any other little boy, by site he was the spitting image of health and happiness. As he aged, little differences began to become noticeable and  really stood out. He was delayed in sitting, walking, eating, growing and most noticeable TALKING. At 16, he is a diagnosed "Mute" with cerebral palsy with multiple other disabilities.
     When he became school age I did purchase him a medic alert bracelet, yes bracelet, it is easier for him to carry and it eliminates the chance of someone grabbing a necklace and hurting him, so bracelet it was. As those who have the similar circumstances know, bracelet is good but has to be replaced every couple of years. While in search of my next bracelet to order I came across, in my web search, something that really caught my eye. It was just a name, but the name was what interested me... The MediPal , intrigued me so I had to check it out for myself.

     The ID holds medical and contact information in a handy dandy little pouch that is easily accessible to paramedics or emergency personal in a time of crisis. It is made to wrap around the seatbelt
 either upper belt or lower belt. It stays wrapped using very strong Velcro and folds easily so it is easy to install and move around as needed. These are super versatile as they can also be used on

 bags or virtually anyplace that your child needs to carry it. I did place one in my truck but as well on his backpack. It carries all pertinent info, including Drs and medication.
     The reason I like these is because ,like I stated, he does not talk and never will and I am his mommy taxi and chauffer and his speech impairment is a huge thing to me. What would happen if we were in an accident and I could not be his voice at that time, I don't want someone to misdiagnose his injuries due to the fact he doesn't answer questions. The pouch contains ALL that info and it is strongly laid out that he is MUTE w sensory issues so when he is treated he is treated as needed. The pouch is visible and in a noticeable place if needed to be retrieved. The one on his backpack is basically for community outings and times he is without me but with his group setting. Id rather be safe than sorry and I at least know all info is within fingers reach.
     Sooo the question is ...Could you find a use for one or two?? Sure you could!! What a great Christmas present for that family member or friend who may need a little something extra :)

I had the awesome chance to review two candles from Skinny Dip Candles!

Skinny Dip Candle use cosmetic grade soy, which is not the same as other natural soy candles. The cosmetic grade soy is at a better quality and better for your skin! The candles not only have this great ingrediant, but they also add top quality cocoa butter, shea butter, avocado butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E for their emolient, skin nurturing properties. They also only use skin-safe fragrance oils so you can be sure that this candle is not only safe for your skin, but good for you too!

As stated on their website, "Due to its unique ingredient composition, a Skinny Dip Candle burns at just over body temperature (about 102 degrees) when melted. . . the temperature of a relaxing, hot bath. Use the Skinny Dip Candle as a warm body moisturizer, or as a soothing treatment for your cuticles, hands, elbows and feet. You can also use the candle as a massage oil - perfect for couples massage, or for use by professional therapists. The Skinny Dip Candle can also be used unmelted if desired. With a solid texture similar to that of a rich body balm, it can easily be massaged into the skin."

That is why I love this candle so much! It has so many savvy uses that make this not only a great luxury, but a great buy with it being so versitile!

I had the chance to review one full size Skinny Dip Candle and one Skinny Mini Candle. Below is my review of both.

Skinny Dip Black Raspberry Vanilla

What I do like about this 6oz candle is the scent. It is a nice warm, berry scent with a hint of sweetness from the vanilla. At first, I decided to try the candle out as a body balm. When you open the tin, there is a small little spoon inside that helps you scrape off the candle or to "scoop" up the oil when melted. The spoon helped very much when using this to scrape off to use as a body balm, but to me it was to small to use to pour out the oil. When using as a body balm, you will need to warm it up in your hands first as it does not spread very easily. However, after applied my skin felt very nourished and moisurized! The scent was quite pleasent as well!

When using this as a candle, I would have liked a much stronger scent. I picked this scent because I figured it would be strong and bold. When used as an oil or body balm this is very true. Although, when lit, the candle doesn't give off alot of fragrance that I am used to. I lit this candle in my bedroom, and you could definetly smell it in the room. Once I have left the room though, I could not smell it as I had hoped. We live in a very small, 700 sq ft apartment so I am used to being able to smell candles in other rooms.

When using this candle as a massage oil, I would give this a 5 star review! As soon as I felt that the candle melted enough, I decided to blow it out and pour some in my hands to massage into my legs. The oil was at perfect temperature and felt very warm and luxurious. I loved that it left my skin feeling moisturized with out that sticky feeling.

After lighting this candle for more than 12+hours and using it a few times as a body butter and massage oil, I still have half a candle left! I find this quite amazing! I am used to candles only lasting 6-8hrs around my house so this candle is quite a treat! Espcially when this candle is only 6oz!

I also had the chance to review the Skinny Mini Candle in Lavendar! This small candle is in a 1oz tin and is perfect for you to use as a cuticle softener or small hand body butter! I will keep mine in my purse this winter. It will be perfect to use when my hands are cracked and dry from the cold! These Skinny Mini Candles are perfect for stocking stuffers with the holidays just around the corner! I also think they would make lovely party gifts for wedding and baby showers!
