Americas Most-Loved P&G Products (shespeaks)

Being a part of an elite group of bloggers always has its advantages and being in some of the best communities doesn't hurt either :) I have been a member of SheSpeaks for some time now and have the best opportunities to review some "one of a kind products". This month though was not "one of a kind" but rather" Americas Most Loved" and yes America voted..did you??
Best of P&G Brands

sorry for the huge picture but the computer is giving me issues :( This is the contents of my Most Loved box as we are a larger community many members got different things so we all have something to review in a variety of ways.
First thing I received was (in no particular order)
**Covergirl LashBlast..in black 100% more volume instantly with the biggest brush EVER from Covergirl, volume boosting formula and larger brush give you that extra BOLD look that you have been searching for. Covergirl is sold at a bunch of locations including Target and online. I just love a lash boosting mascara!!
**Febreze Car Refresher in Linen&Sky scent as a vent clip, attach clip to vent using built in attachers, follow the easy to follow directions, adjust the amount of scent you need to eliminate odors in your car. I enjoy just having a refresher in my car as much as in my home it just lifts your mood.
**Gillette Hydrating body Wash..dry skin relief..apply to a cloth or puff and use as you would bar soap to eliminate body odors, creates a nice lingering scent. Perfect for the man or boy in your life, that's who used it in my home.
**Swiffer Dusting cloths..these are little pads you attach to the enclosed handle, they slip on your preference front or back of handle. Over the years we have acquired multiple handles and my kids really enjoy using these themselves. The cloth is super soft and fuzzy and traps the dust and dirt into grooves. They are unscented and perfect for hard to reach places including ceiling fans.

*MommyParties*-Xtreme Customz line

I had the opportunity to provide "MY" and my neighborhood kids with the chance to try a great new online product at my kids Easter Party Thanks to  MommyParties and Xtreme Customz line. It was amazing to see the excitement of the kids and interest in building the vehicle for them self(with some adult supervision). I had kids at my home, boys and girls, aged 4-12 each had fun either building theirs or helping the ones needing help, but all walked away with one of their own.
The cars are no bigger than a small cell phone with snap on pieces and each is interchangeable so the creation can be their own. They have adjustable chassis so they can decide how they are going to cruise, super cute, my littler ones didn't understand and my bigger ones really just had fun taking them apart and rebuilding sharing pieces.
The instructions are easy to understand and the pieces are perfect for little hands. These cool Xtreme Customz line vehicles can be part of your collection by shopping at some online stores(amazon, target, toys r us and CVS).

The kids had a great time

***Important Note:***

Please note that there are two different toy  lines by Ridemakerz.  There’s the Ridemakerz brand that is sold in Ridemakerz stores/on the website www.Ridemakerz.com.  Then there’s Xtreme Customz line (an extension of Ridemakerz), which is the line "I" received www.xtremecustomz.com and sold in Target and Toys R Us (not Ridemakerz stores or the website).

Parnevu Hair Products

Parnevu T-Tree product line

I had the chance to try a great line of products from Parnevu that contains T-Tree Oil. Tea tree nourishes the hair and scalp, prevents breakage, strengthens and stimulates growth, stops itching, flaking and removes unwanted buildup.
When I first received I was kind of concerned as to if the product would benefit my hair because "I" myself have not tried a Tea Tree product in my hair. I have naturally curly, uncolored strawberry blond hair, my hair is long past my back it is fairly thin and my main concern is flyaways and breakage. The company did give me the chance to review the products and what I chose was not exactly what I received but Im easy going and I was up for anything :)
The first product I tried was the Tea Tree Shampoo
PARNEVU T-Tree ShampooI thought this to be fantastic for shampoo the portion to use is very small because it does have a great lather and it does really create a very soft yet squeaky clean feel for your hair. It has a very unique scent kind of like a menthol minty smell(I wasn't too keen on the smell but it didn't affect my use).It feels very light and clean and with conditioner use it does control fly-aways very well. I had never thought of using T-Tree in my hair only on my skin bt I think its great.
The next item I tried was Tea Tree Conditioner(Leave In) :
PARNEVU T-Tree Leave-In ConditionerLet me tell you this is my favorite thing in the whole world that I tried. I do not blow dry my hair I let my hair air dry and by morning Im a disaster I look like a whirlwind attacked me. So my first time using the leave in I wore a shower cap to bed(yep you read it) I wasn't sure if it would stain my pillow or leave a greasy look BUT I learned better. The shower cap removed I brushed out it looked amazing and healthy. I normally have to really tame down the locks but it was considerably easier to get my comb thru and when it came to straightening it was a god send!!! No flyaways all day!!! I give it an A+++
The last product I received was Extra Dry Hair Mayonnaise:
PARNEVU Hair MayonnaiseOkay now this was the only product that brought out my sensory issue the term "Mayonnaise" brought out the whole idea of eating a sandwich topped with a thick white substance...but still with that being said I couldn't make me the one to try it(sorry). I thought my perfect guinea pig to be my daughter :) She has some of the worst hair to brush out I refer to it as a tumble weed. I wash her hair, condition it, use detangler and added a smear of this..and let me tell you it works wonders in the tumbleweed even when we don't use a detangler it works like we did. When its rubbed in to scalp it blends great with hair, non sticky, and dries nicely.
** I did receive this product for review purposes and my opinion is just that MY OWN!!**
The product is great for any hair type(IMO) and does by all accounts what is stated on their site(IMO). I received nothing besides the products for review and by writing this review Im not receiving anything in return. The links posted are direct links to their site.

my little pony 1

We had the chance to review the My Little Pony Build-a-Bear Pinkie Pie! She is so adorable! The first thing my step daughter noticed is the ice cream necklace and the gorgeous yellow gown she is dressed in. She has this beautiful yellow royal wedding cape and the cutest lime green flowers in her hair! The way she is dressed is perfect for any princess or special little girl! You can get other outfits as well that include the My Little Pony skirt outfit and knight costume. What is also neat is you can customize the accessories as well with hair extensions, rainbow skates and even the My Little Pony theme song added to any stuffed animal! mlp

What I loved about this doll was the size! She is huge! I was expecting something a bit smaller since she is a pony and has a little more to her, but Build-a-Bear did a great job not skimping on her size! I also loved how incredibly soft she is! I almost want to keep her for myself! I don't think my step daughter would like that though. :)

Overall, these My Little Pony plush dolls are innovative and a wonderful addition to the Build-a-Bear family!

Now, how about a giveaway? Enter to win a $25 giftcard to Build-a-Bear below for your little one to make their very own magical furry friend! Good luck!

Each April 2, Autism Speaks celebrates Light It Up Blue along with the international autism community, in commemoration of the United Nations-sanctioned World Autism Awareness Day. Light It Up Blue is a unique global initiative that kicks-off Autism Awareness Month and helps raise awareness about autism. In honor of this historic day, many iconic landmarks, hotels, sporting venues, concert halls, museums, bridges and retail stores are among the hundreds of thousands of homes and communities that take part to Light It Up Blue.
He was so excited to receive this wonderful bear!!
Chances are Autism has affected your family in one way or another...NO... maybe its someone you know?? Its not curable, nor preventable but it is something many of us parents have learned to work with. Autism does not affect one person it affects the whole family.
I am impressed by the many businesses that have become involved with the awareness movement and try to open peoples eyes to the differences in people today. I am a mom of 4, I have a 17yr old with multiple disabilities as well autism spectrum disorder and a 6 yr old that falls in the spectrum as well and was a preemie. Do I know what led to the "autism"??NOPE!! Was it something I did or could have prevented??NOPE!! Companies strive to get that message across.

Autism now affects 1 in 88 children and 1 in 54 boys
  • Autism prevalence figures are growing
  • Autism is the fastest-growing serious developmental disability in the U.S.
  • Autism costs a family $60,000 a year on average
  • Autism receives less than 5% of the research funding of many less prevalent childhood diseases
  • Boys are nearly five times more likely than girls to have autism
  • There is no medical detection or cure for autism

  •    Thank you BuildABear for providing me with this wonderful bear* I was under no obligation to write a positive review in exchange for the product, my opinion is my own and I feel that this bear lived up to what we expected.!!

Lugz Light it Up Blue for Autism Awareness..Review and Giveaway

Lugz It Up Blue For Autism Awareness (Review and GIVEAWAY!!!)

    per Andreas World

In case you are not already aware, today is a very special day for me and my family personally, as well as for countless people all over the world.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day. As many of you probably know, Autism Awareness is a cause very close to my heart because my 5 1/2 year old son is Autistic.

Today is all about raising awareness and taking a stand to educate and advocate for Autism.

The central theme is Light It Up Blue. Replacing your porch light with a blue bulb is a very good way to Light It Up Blue. Also wearing blue clothing in support of Autism Awareness is one of the best ways to show your support no matter where you go.

It is so wonderful to see all the blue when you are out and about, and really magical every time you see a blue light.

You can check out the World Autism Day page to see tons of photos of people that have gone blue, and even amazing photos of buildings all over the world shining a blue light.

Places like The Hyatt Capital Gate in Abu Dhabi, the Qingdao TV Tower in Qingdao, China, Niagara Falls in Canada, The Great Pyramids in Giza, Egypt, Christ the Redeemer in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa, The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in Japan, The Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico City, Mexico, The Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland, and so many others. It is truly incredible to see all the support.

Although I could never be as impressive as all the amazing buildings, or even as the exceptional children on the spectrum that are showing their support, I certainly want to proudly shine my blue light, literally and figuratively.

I had to find an extra special way to go Blue this year. Blue clothing is wonderful, and of course, I wanted to do that, but I still wanted a little something more. That is when it hit me. I have to put my best FOOT forward.

I knew I wanted a pair of blue shoes, but not just any shoes. I wanted something spectacular. The quality had to be wonderful. And of course, the style had to be fabulous and the color spot on.

I knew exactly where to start, and I needed look no further. I began with Lugz, and found EXACTLY what I was looking for.

In fact, I found 2 amazing pairs, both in the perfect shade of blue. I got a pair for me and a pair for my husband so we could both proudly show our support.

For my husband I chose the  Zrocs Posite in Royal Blue/White:

These are also technically a men's style, but seriously, they to too fabulous not to be rocked by us girls too.

That color is just so vibrant and fun. Less being Autism Awareness, these shoes are still so stylish for Spring. Time to break out of the dreary winter neutrals and into some color.

The texture on these is so awesome. It really makes them stand apart even more from other shoes that may be a similar color. I love the texture. I also love that there is the Leather like section around the top of the ankle. It gives these real dimension and makes them really pop!!! Most other comfortable shoes are really ugly.

The logos on this style are awesome too.
**OK so here is the fun part My friend Andreas World is giving a pair away..here is your chance to ENTER!!**She was graciously provided with the product and the opinions are hers and hers alone** Posted on my blog for advertising purposes:)

    a Rafflecopter giveaway

    **Guppi - Sh(you)s

Guppi shoes are a new idea to the same ol' shoe with a twist(or a zip). I saw these and thought ooh gosh, how cool is that and the nice people at the guppi group were nice enough to send me a set to try and review myself:)
The first thing you do when visiting their site is to view the many panels they have to choose from and remember these are build-your-own design shoes so be as wild and crazy as you may!! The panels are bright and colorful, with heels and tongues of many colors. The sides are many times multi colored where the heels and tongues are single colored so it does take some imagination on how you are going to build it.
this was my variety I received I chose the owl sides and the "love" sides
the zipper piece is hidden in the sole under cushion, easy to remove and replace

the panels and pieces are clearly marked telling you sides

(sorry pix out of order) this is showing the heel attached by zipper and one side zipped attached to heel w snap and Velcro.

this is heel after zipped before side added

this is the sides and heel attached, the tongue slides into end and found it easier to put in tongue then lace them up.

the finished product, love shoe with blush heel and tongue
the finished owl with silver tongue and heel

this is the link to build it step by step>>http://vimeo.com/59956751
My opinion is these are super nice shoes, well made, well thought of...fairly easy to assemble, takes some patience as they zip. The are easy to replace sides and heel with just a pull of the zippered section(as the zipper itself does not stay attached. The sole is comfortable and well padded. I did wear mine for a day of running errands and didn't not notice any real issues with their make up.
    kickstarter
Thank you to Guppi for this awesome opportunity!!
**As mentioned I did receive a complete set of product to conduct a review of product on my blog, my opinion is my own and receiving the product did not change my opinion of its uses**
