Hormel Foods Extended Family Blogger -January box

**All opinions and pictures are my own and are not to be reproduced against my consent. Products I receive are for review purposes only and opinion is 100% my own. Receipt of product does not promise a positive review.**

Hormel Foods Corporation is an American food company based in Austin, Minnesota that produces Spam luncheon meat. The company was founded as George A. Hormel & Company in Austin by George A. Hormel in 1891. It changed its name to Hormel Foods in 1993.
Hormel sells food under many brands, including the Chi-Chi's,Dinty MooreFarmer JohnHerdezJennie-OLloyd'sMuscle MilkSkippySPAMLa Victoria and Stagg brands, as well as under its own name. The company is listed on the Fortune 500.
I was floored when I was offered the opportunity to become a part of this very "elite" group of bloggers and reviewers. When I was approached, I thought of all the amazing products that I buy for my family and there was no way I could pass this up. Because this being my first post with them(yes NEWBIE) I wanted to make sure I listed above all the fantastic names associated with the product and company.
The very first box I received I was given kind of a sneak of the possible products but not actually told what I was receiving(I LOVE SURPRISES). Knowing I would receive 5 to 6 products to review I decided to start looking at ideas of how to start this companionship and ...here is how (recipes)

I decided to start with the Black Label Maple Black Pepper Thick Cut Bacon (Hormel)-*coupon in link* and whip up some stuffed Jalapenos:
Preheat over to 425.
1 block cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use Pub Cheese 1 TBS its sharp)
*mix cheeses together*
10 Jalapenos(split and seeded )
Bacon (I cut mine in half gives you 20 pieces)

Lined cookie sheet take the split in half jalapeno fill with cheese mixture(dont overfill), wrap with bacon and placed on cookie sheet till you have all filled and placed. Place in oven for 15-17 min or desired crispness, take out and let cool for 1 minute. Plate and enjoy!!
**Super easy recipe and perfect for those who like some heat:)**
Because it contained more products(and it is my bedtime) I will post another recipe tomorrow. Thank you to Hormel and look forward to a long prosperous relationship:)

  5. anything made with bacon is just a little bit better. I think my kids would eat a lot more veggies if I put bacon around them.
