 Because there are many steps in each of these recipes I found it only helpful to separate each by day(s) so it can be seen before and after. Like the previous post, the Blue Apron company : provided me with all the necessary protects to create a full and filling meal in the amount of 2 person serving with a caloric structure of 500-700 per person per serving.
     The most concerning part of this whole meal was cooking of the" Millet" I am going to be honest I had no idea what it was except for it looked like little seeds(for birds) but it cooks like rice in a hot, boiling salted water for 20 minutes, once its strained it looks like soften seeds and to taste not a whole lot.
This is all the ingredients needed for the meal to be prepared, all supplied by the Blue Apron box and the vegetables were cut by me.

added the ketchup and tomato juice to a simmer.
this is the cooked millet I thought it was very light and soft and a bit of a change from adding rice in a dish. I would have never tried it at a store but I most definitely will use it again.
millet added and parm cheese this is the filling for the peppers and this was way more than enough for 2 peppers I would have been safe with 3 peppers.
this is the finished dish after the 400 degree oven. Turned out great, the taste was impressive, the filling was very tasty.

  4. Millet is something that I never cook with. Your recipe looks delicious and I bet I could replace the beef with turkey meat. Yum!
