**Craft Cuts** Creative Projects for Creative People**GIVEAWAY

Wooden Letters | Wall Letters | Wood Letters

So let me start off by saying..I am super not crafty!! I was offered the product for review and it was something I always wanted to tackle. In school, i was the one little girl who could not create anything in an art class that anyone could decipher :) When it comes to painting my ADHD comes out and everything gets done at my pace...in a few days.
I honestly enjoyed this Craft Cuts project because these were done for my kids to create some sense of individualism in their rooms. Yep, 3 kids, 3 rooms, all 3 have different likes and the ages really set them apart. My 17 year old son, is severely handicapped but his life evolves(in his mind) around his school and he has so much school pride. When we went out looking for paint he chose his school colors(not that he would be there forever) green and gold...GO VIKINGS!!! My son participates on the football and basketball team as the water boy and that is what gives him his pride, ACCEPTANCE!!
I used my sons project as my pictures for my review(as Im still working on the other2 but will post the finished pics) because I being very un-crafty think I did a pretty good job and he was HAPPY!!
This is my other sons also Baltic unpainted wood his letters were New Roman and Vine style just to add some difference besides the letters.

my daughters was Vine style also Baltic wood, 1/4 inch thick but hers was 10/12/10 . The cut on these craft cuts are so clean, no rough edges and the letters are perfectly formed and set.

I used painters tape to try and create some clean edges, ooh yeah did you know how uncrafty I am :) This was the only way I could create some clean edges but they were not as clean as I hoped and did require plenty of touch ups. I did use acrylic paints, foam paint brushes and to touch up some super fine pointed brushes.

Well this is the finished project and I think it turned out GREAT for me and my craftiness. Now to paint his room to match his monogram:) This project was so much fun and I felt it gives that little bit of character to each room and is truly a project for a boy or girls room. The reason why I used acrylic is because I started with a bottom coat to create a brighter color to his green. No exact paint is recommended so you can choose your own. The company Craft cuts has so many choices from styles to painted product. They offer letters and projects in vinyl, wood, monogram, stencil and so much more. This is a perfect rainy day activity or just needing to spruce up a room.

this was the beginning of the project(sorry pics are out of loop) this was his choice of colors and the letters after I applied an acrylic white paint. I got to chose the thickness of the wood, the size letters and the style as well I had the choice of monogram. I chose Monogram for the uniqueness it creates and gives the room character. Jordans I chose same style letters unpainted Baltic wood Cheltenhm BdItHd BT style and the the size letters were an 8/10/8..just as a random guess but it was perfect. I chose 1/4 inch thick, another random guess but it was also a great choice.
**Disclaimer.. I was provide the products mentioned for review purposes, my opinion is my own and was no way swayed by the product. I feel the product is of exceptional quality and company is as accurate as stated**
